An assignment where we were to create a series of post-cards to introduce people to who I am and what type of artist I am, with the condition of using a photograph of an object that correlates to me, and the goal of experimenting with lettering, photos, and illustration.
The object I used was of my mechanical pencil with a pink colored lead, thusly I designed one half of the series of post-cards where the focus was on mechanical pencil by using a limited color palette of off-whites and browns. The other half of the series of the post-cards I gave focus on the feeling I experience when using it.
