In my Erasmus program I had to complete the discipline Extra Credits that provided no limits on what we could and couldn’t do. As such I assembled my own project of redesign the Major Arcana of Tarot cards as Greek/Roman myths. The skills used for this project were Photoshop.
The final work was of series of twenty-one illustrations that depicted the Major Arcana characters as Greek/Roman Gods and Goddess, for instance the zero card, The Fool, depicted as Hermes. The cards illustration style and color palette were inspired by the classical Greek pottery.
